Why your pain, bloating and fatigue keep coming back when each symptom gets treated on its own, and the gut, histamine and immune loop most appointments never look at.
How to support the way your body clears estrogen, so less of it recirculates and feeds your flares, without a lifelong restrictive diet.
How to settle mast cells and your nervous system so flares come less often, especially if you also live with POTS, MCAS or hypermobility.
Endometriosis isn't just a bad-period problem. It's a whole-body inflammatory condition, which is why treating one symptom at a time keeps you stuck. When you look at the whole loop, your body finally has room to calm down.
It took 12 years and a long list of misdiagnoses before anyone found mine. Kimberly
Kimberly's periods became painful at 11. Her gut problems got labeled IBS, and for 12 years she was passed from doctor to doctor. When a specialist finally operated, he found endometriosis on her bowel, bladder, uterus, ligaments and ovaries, plus adenomyosis.
Later came POTS, hypermobility and histamine issues, the stuff nobody seemed to connect. So she knows what it's like to be told your tests are normal when your body is telling you something very different.
Today she's been off synthetic hormones since 2010, is very rarely in pain, and had three boys conceived naturally. For 15+ years she's helped women around the world with the same approach she used on herself, always alongside their medical team.
"We don't just give up when tests are 'normal'."Kimberly Kushner
A two-cycle tracker for pain, bloating, bowels, food, energy and cycle day. It's the same kind of tracking Kimberly asks new clients to start with.
When everything is written down in one place, the patterns start to show up, like which foods hit harder the week before your period or which days the fatigue always lands. Bring it to the masterclass and you'll see where your own loop starts.
